True, it could, but it could also let people have the best of both worlds. And selling only the MLB version in the shops (with an enormous MLB logo on it) could help avoid any problems.
I'd also like to think that most people would be intelligent enough to be able to read a warning and/or tell from the download link which game was which. Like I say, I'd
