Well i think its not finished 100 %, because it feels a little bit empty (you know every one has his opinion on what is 100 % ,hehe)
Maybe do you want another Flag in the Banner!? (maybe Dom.Rep) If yes which one do you want!?
I could change the Font, if you want to, and add some thing to the Background. I will post another try asap, in the meantime you can use the Banner if you want to.
