I know it's just spring training, and I know it's sample size, but he can play middle infield and all outfield and has excellent speed (Who's our fastest runner now? Kotsay?). And he's out of options and would have to go on waivers if they try to send him back down and he'd likely get claimed. That would suck.  |
Rumors of the Cubbies wanting Bynum have been floating around, apparently Wellermeyer was on the table but he just got traded.
IMO, you start Keilty on the DL and let Bynum have his roster spot, and then Keilty gets dealt a la Chadwick last year.
