The Eagles were fairly bad last year, even with both of them starting.

McNabb was injured Week 1 with a bruised chest. Week 2 he added a groin injury and later in the week found out about the sports hernia. Week 3 he injured his shin and played the next 5 weeks with a shin/abdomen/chest injury. Week 8 he suffered a rib contusion and played the next two weeks with that added to his injury report before shutting it down for the season. All totaled, McNabb played his entire season with anywhere from one to four injuries.
I've heard Brady suffered his injury anywhere from mid-season to the playoff loss against Denver. I believe he had a sore shoulder as well, but that didn't start up until the postseason if I remember correctly.

The 49ers get next to nothing for a player they could have had the world for.
Now TO is (or is turning) 33 years old. By the time August rolls around he'll have been out of football what.. nine months? Your coach doesn't take much crap. Unless his opinion has changed since he left New England your quarterback doesn't like his new target. Owens hates when his QB doesn't get him the ball, especially if that ends up in a sack, interception, or incompletion to another receiver. That same quarterback has some serious issues "feeling the rush", and takes several sacks a season that just boggle your mind. Drew is one of my favorites, but that's always been an issue with him. How does this not spell disaster?

Agreed. Owens is 32, turns 33 in November or December.

This is a toss-up in my opinion. The Giants have added numerous washed up DB's in an attempt to quick fix their secondary. The loss of Clancy could hurt them. Who knows how Plax and Coughlin will get along next year.
Washington could lose Sean Taylor for awhile if he's found guilty on felony charges. Not to mention their normal, free agent spending spree which headlined a one-dimensional safety, a DE who's struggled with injuries and consistency, and a WR that has never had a 650-yard season. The only deal I liked was getting Brandon Lloyd. Also don't forget, the Redskins don't have a 1st round pick this draft (as of this moment).
I feel Dallas has improved, but like you said before, who knows how T.O. will react if his numbers aren't up to par. Parcells is good at defusing players like this, but T.O. takes his ego to another level.
The Eagles haven't exactly upgraded, but they haven't really lost anyone either. They made it to the NFCCG with Pinkston and Thrash three times, they should be more than capable of doing it with Brown and Pinkston/Gaffney. The Eagles defense was downright horrible last year, I can't see them repeating that performance again. They did improve at DE by grabbing Howard which is an upgrade over Kalu. They also have a fairly high draft pick where they can address LB/DT/OL.
I agree that the Eagles will not likely win the division, but I don't think it's as far-fetched as you make it.
