I pre-ordered pretty much straight away, but I will add my voice to the chorus of overseas users complaining about being charged extra. Mark - Why not just have price in US$ so everyone pays the same and let the credit card companies sort out the exchange rate?
With the inaugural World Baseball Classic underway, it seems unfortunate that SI has adopted an approach that discourages non-US users.
I am in Australia and it is bizarre that I had to pay in Euros to get a game from the US.
