Despite OOTP's continued development and increased realism, the decision to trade a player in RL is much more complex than in OOTP. The existence of agents and special contract clauses to name two.

My biggest peeve (and it seems to happen a lot) is that a new GM will execute large numbers of trades and then disappear, often leaving behind a very bad team.
