Howdy all. I'm a long-time solo OOTP'er (since v.3), and am trying to get an online league going for my office. I have a few questions for everyone, since I couldn't find them in search...

1) How easy is it to run a league where only the commissioner has a copy of the game? I ask this because I don't want to bog everyone down with having to get a copy of the game, and then learn how to use it. I could very easily take their lineups via e-mail, run the simulations, and post the html reports to the web for them to look at. However, this leads to my next question...

2) I have a personal website that has more than enough resources to support an online league. However I use MS Frontpage with the extensions installed. Is it possible to import my html reports with Frontpage? Would I have to create a subweb, to support 2 "index" pages? I've heard that I shouldn't use FTP to upload stuff, with extensions installed, so I'm a little leery of doing so.

Any and all suggestions would be highly recommended. I'm trying to make this as easy as possible for everyone who would be in my league. They're all used to rotisserie, so this would be a cataclysmic change for them, what with having to deal with head-to-head play, budgets, minors, etc.
