To my knowledge...new real roster leagues are kinda at a stand still right now. With the new version due out soon...people are slow/reluctant to create and edit roster sets. Cubbyfans and Halofan have been working on 2006 rosters...but my guess is your best bet is to wait until new version comes out. They will be springing up like wildfire then I'm sure.
Keep your eyes peeled to this forum though. There are many leagues daily that post openings.
