Since the last division realignment in 1998, that's been the precise order of finish in the AL East every season except 2004, when Baltimore and Toronto flip-flopped. It's a magic thing, and it would take a more momentous offseason than this last one to change it.

This is just about immutable, as it's a function of available resources and the basic incompetence of Oriole management. I also see no reason to think this year will be different. The Yankees have filled in the monstrous hole in center field at the direct expense of Boston, so I would guess they'll have a bit easier time than last season.
