Start another test league or two and run some sims. Check the teams fan interest. If nothing is out of the ordinary, then the game itself is fine and your league file is corrupt. In this case, you may have to use your backup league file if you've been backing up your league file. Or you may have to just start a new league. If you are still getting unbelievably low fan interest for no reason in these test leagues, uninstall and re-install the game.
