Look MG, I'm getting a bit irritated at your attitude. This isn't up for discussion. The agreement (binding and legal) says Take Two has the rights to ALL MLB referenced baseball games on the PC platform. It doesn't matter whether you agree with it, or whether it's right or wrong - it is the way it is. Quit getting hung up on the word "video". As I quoted directly from the agreement, "Take-Two will be the sole developer, publisher and distributor of licensed simulation, arcade and manager-style Major League Baseball PC games." It simpy doesn't get any clearer than that. Just becasue Take Two doesn't make a game like OOTP simply doesn't matter - they now have the right to, and to use MLB references as well.

Okay for the last time then I will stop talking about MLB license Take Two can have the MLB License just for Video games and their should be a separt one for PC games meaning this game can have that one! Bottom line is that Take Two has the ONLY rights to make a baseball game referencing the MLB on the not PC platform but Video game platform - plain and simple because they haven't made any baseball games for the PC as I know of but if they want to help in making this game they could then their would be a MLB license in this game.
The sentence in bold print simply and actually is NOT true. It might be what you would like to see, but it is not what really happened.

This what I mean about Minor League Relocation is like this Reds extend affiliation with Bats through '08,League approves Silver Hawks transfer,Seattle Mariners Vice President of Player Development & Scouting Benny Looper announced today that the Mariners have extended their working agreement with the Everett AquaSox of the short-season Class A Northwest League. The Player Development contract, which would have run out at the end of the 2006 season, has been extended to cover the 2007 and 2008 seasons and this story and http://www.minorleaguenews.com/baseb...090204.htmland I would like to see it happen in the game like that!
No one is arguing that might be a good idea, I'm simply saying I don't believe it will be in this version
