A MLB team would apply for relocation if they can't get a new Stadium built like the Expos,Senators and did and also what the Marlins are doing if they can't find another place in Miami to build or if a team is sold to a new Owner and the new Owner want's to move that team! Minor League Relocation would be like St. Louis moved their Double-A team that was in Tennessee to Springfield,MO!

Total Pro Basketball doesn't have an NBA License. The MLB license takes affect this year. There is no exclusive for NHL or NBA.
