I have not seen this question asked. If it has, please forgive me for the repeat.

We will be required to sign our drafted players to contracts? Will they hold out? If we do have to sign them to contracts, will the incentive portions be active for them also?

If yes, will the major league team be responsible for paying the contracts for the players while the player is in the minors, or will the minor league teams pay for this?

I know this post is loaded with questions. Hopefully there will be some good answers.
