Yeah, that was a horrible pass, but I don't think it was a huge surprise since he wasn't throwing accurately the entire game. I don't think it was a bad decision to make that throw, he just didn't put it in the right place. This is probably slight paraphrasing, but after the game he even said "my brain said to throw it over the top but my arm threw it underneath." I realize that's not much consolation, but I feel a lot better about a QB if he plays badly but still makes good decisions. I've watched Ben enough to know that 99% of the time he can put the ball where he wants it.
