OTWB is in its 3rd season and we are in need for some teams. We are a Mirc based league but it isnt a big neccessary. We are a relaxed league but line ups once in a while is nice. I have a form for doing line ups and there is no need for the game. Ratings are 1-20 for player rates and 1-10 for talent. 1-5 for other ratings. There are no minor league free agents and we have a salary cap of 100,000,000.
