Analyzing Strat cards taught me a bunch about probability back when I was a kid. I remember sitting down and figuring out that there were 216 die roll possibilities, and that rolling a 1-7 was six times as likely as rolling a 1-12, and all that.

My friends and I used to write down the likelihoods of various things happening for each player for comparisons.

Those were the days.

I haven't played since the mid-late 90s, though. Not since discovering Baseball Mogul and then OOTP.
