He may still develop, he may do nothing. It's a tough call. I'd probably keep him as my #5 starter and let him play through for a while and see what he can do. If you're in contention and need solid production from that rotation spot then your best bet may be to stick him back in Triple-A and see if his ratings go up or he performs well down there. I wouldn't give up on him just yet though.
