McCoy defends title
I am going to list the before and after rankings now on the fight cards listed as (before/after) all rankings will be the WBA rankings unless it's a title fight for another organization. Also I will list my scorecard on the fights I watch in bold.
March 3, 1910
Charles McCoy (CH) (26-8-3) scored a KO4 over Eddie McGoorty (4/5) (16-3) to defend his WBC Middleweight title for the 2nd time. (mcgoorty at pre)
McGoorty came out strong dropping the champ in the first round. McCoy's right eye started to swell in the first also.
McCoy recovered and took control of the fight winning the second round. The third was pretty even and so was the 4th until McCoy landed a brutal uppercut to finish the challenger.
I had it 29-28 McGoorty at the stoppage
