download the desired file to your desktop
unzip the file
goto title bout
enter the "fighters" section
on the right, there is menu, go there and click on "import fighter(or file, i forget)
find the file that you unzipped on the menu that shows up and click on it
click on the first name, then go to the last name and (while holding in the shift key)click onthat too
then hit the ok and the rest is self explanitory
