You've gotta give some of these European countries more props. You're rating Kazhakstan above Ireland and other European countries that have national teams and play in tournaments:

Plus Ireland has at least contributed a significant number of big leaguers. In the 1890s, many big leaguers either came from Ireland or were 1st generation. Give the Emerald Isle some props for this.

At least more respect than Zimbabwe and such places.
