As the thread is leaning a bit towards "how my significant other feels about my gaming," I would strongly second this point. Having been down the road of "not reasonable" and seen the lousy effect it can have on a relationship, this is pretty important... Of course, it's also important for the two of you to agree on what 'reasonable' means.
