Well, you should have enough system power..... Try unlicenseing and uninstalling the game. Save off your leauges. Then go through the process again buy reinstalling and getting another license. I don't exactly know how to go about getting another license but others do. Search for it. I know it has been talked about. If this doesn't work, perhaps your league file is corrupted. Try to create a new league and play a game and when a decision comes up, note what happens. Let me know how it turns out.
