New rating that I forgot to post at the end of the year. Starting at the end of 1910 this will be added into P4P ratings.

1. Welter 5.4
2. Middle 5.16
3. Bantam 5.03
4. Light 4.93
5. Feather 4.42
6. Fly 4.31
7. Heavy 3.13
8. LightHeavy 2.96

Now of course HW's are hurt by the number of fighters in the division and the numerous 1 and 2 rated fighters. LH is hurt since it is made up of HW castoffs and they lost Fitzsimmons at the start of the year. The lower weights will probably always be higher since not as many stiffs are rated for those divisions.

But it does matter since HW's have much more of a chance of fighting 1,2 and 3's than the lower weights do and it helps inflate records which counts in the P4P rankings.
