Huh. Totally bummed. Really thought Bengals were going to do it tonight. Sure, we could have won if Palmer had been on the field. But with some important plays aside, Kitna had a good game ... sort of.
I thought the key was the Steelers' awesome run defence. With the exception of Rudy's TD, I don't think there was a Bengals run of more than 3 yards. Steelers completely locked down the ground, forced Kitna to long 2nd and 3rd down plays, and it was inevitable that sooner or later we'd get scr*wed. Possibly even with Palmer.
Totally and utterly bummed.
