You would be amazed by the large number of leagues that pop up offering current rosters which are generally started by overzealous people thinking it is easy to start and maintain their own leagues. Many start em and quit it because to do it right, requires a lot of work and time.
Hats off to those that to make it work though as their are some pretty top notch long lasting leagues.
I started this post mainly because of the fustration of having to wait a few extra days to fill an opening
I can't freak out about it as I have to go by "If you build it, they will come" motto. We have some freaking fantastic GMs in all 3 leagues I run or co-run. Many are long time members or returning members.
