I set up a solo league and set a salary cap of $60M. I then had the initial draft and was surprised to find that some of the computer teams went over the limit.

In searching this board, I found a comment by Scott that says the salary cap doesn't work for computer run teams, that it was intended for on-line leagues.

My question is, why isn't it coded that the computer teams have to stay within the cap and will this be something that can be added in a patch or in v5?
