Curious how you do the ratings, are they statistically based only? Do you distinction between current rating abilities and talent abilities for young MLBers? Also, as word of advice, try not to make current minor prospects talent ratings any better than current stars...in many of these roster sets, we end up with many prospects putting up Pujols and Johan Santana type numbers within a few simmed seasons. Use current major league ratings as bar. Players like Pujols and Santana are once in generation type players, try not make a ton of them, that absolutely water down the roster set.
