Incidentally, along the lines of what theasfl mentioned, what I'd like to see rather than check boxes are percentages. That way, there would be a list, and you could assign % to each to determine the % of names generated from each list.
So, like this:
U.S. English - 75%
French - 10%
Italian - 10%
Russian - 5%
German - 0%
Just for example! It could have a "Set all to none" and "Balance all equally" button.
