The guy is doing this FOR FREE. Give him some slack. Since your league depends on this roster set, I would be considerate he's taken his time to do this. Especially when Christmas is only a few days away. Some people do have things going on and don't just sit in a janitors closet with their laptop and a bottle of KY like others. Give him a break.
