Problem solved. I just drafted a 19 year old thirdbaseman, Alvaro Alcazar, who is rated much better than Azevedo at 3B.
Talent: 8-7-5-8-8
Current: 5-4-2-4-5
He is a weak fielder (.937) but has a 10 in the range category. He can also play first very well.
