Thanks, I laughed uncontrollably when I read that. I cropped the pic and to size it right and keep enough detail in it, I cut out a guy standing on the apron on the left side. He looks like he's holding a boom mic for radio, so there was enough room to stand there.
It's a pic taken of an exhibition in 1942 I guess during construction (construction workers largely fill the "high-rise" section). I'm not sure if that's just scaffolding, or was on the way to becoming bleachers.
