I like this feature as it definately adds to the overall challenge. While I believe alot of it is random I believe there is some other factors. For example, 6 of the top 8 SP free agents wouldn't consider signing with my Brewers in the CDL probably because I have two aces on my team already. I reasoned they didn't want to sign with me because they wanted to be the ace of a new team. If me having 2 aces already on my team went into the equation, then it is very realistic, IMO!
