LOL, all the misinformation may be due to me. The Hartford Civic Center was encased in a shopping mall. The shopping mall has been stripped away and office/apartment space will now encase it.
I do think that that most of Starling's fights in that facility were in the convention hall below the coliseum - but that's quibbling.
