This could potentially turn into a steal for the Chisox. Thome is busting his rear to make sure he's in the best shape of his career. Not to mention playing close to home allowing for his family and friends to be close and come to games alot of the time could really revive him.I think this move woudl make perfect sense for both teams..The Chisox need another big bat and the Phils need to clear room for Howard and still add more useful parts.
