In my opinion I think postseason stats are more important ....
I mean, it's not very often that a player won't ever play a single playoff game in their career, and it's even more unlikely that a good player will never play in a playoff game.
Sure, minor league stats may be important when the player is still in the minors... but once the player reaches the majors they become a lot less important ...
I mean, say for example you were looking at former players, and trying to decide who you should include in the Hall of Fame or not ... would you be more likely to look at whether or not the person was a proven playoff performer, or what his on base percentage was in AAA ball?
So yeah, both things would be cool, but I'd say postseason is more important.
