I like this feature, but it seems like it's happening a bit too often in the new version.

I'd like to see more flexibility- refusing to even hear an offer should be rare, but maybe players could indicate that they aren't "excited" about playing for a team more often... in that case, the team could still sign the guy, but would have to offer substantially more than a team that the player was more interested in to get him.
