I then rearranged some teams to difference divisions and when I uploaded the generated HTML site, all the players had the wrong team assigned to them on their player pages. They are on the correct team, the team name is just wrong. How can I fix this?

This is just a guess, but I would recommend completely erasing your reports and then regenerating. There might be an existing file that isn't getting overwritten or something.
But, like I said, just a guess.
