www.goldenageofbaseball.com is a historical league currently starting it's 5th season (1981) The Kansas City Royals are open. The Royals have been a competitive bunch having won the AL West in both 77/78, losing to the Yankees in the ALCS in 77 and the Red Sox in 78. They have some solid young prospects. We use ootp5 and sim 3 times a week on M/W/F with a 7/8/7 schedule. Rather than simply import amateurs in the year they appeared in the majors, we create and import amateurs in the year they were actually DRAFTED in the amateur draft, leading to a need for some development for our amatuers.
