Just some ideas...
1. On the player's own general page, in the space where for a pitcher you see his endurance ratings and holding runners rating, for batters there is an empty space. How about having there a couple of stat breakdowns. Fo instance their last five or ten game stats (similar to the 'hot' and 'cold' bit on the team page) It would just make it easier to see at a glance the players recent form which you have to search for in game by game if they are not on the hot or cold lists. Just seems there is a space there and this might be a nice way to fill it for a quick reference.
2. On the stat tracking game by game page it would be nice if batters could have their stats against individual pitchers logged too (I know this would probably be memory intensive)
3. Finally just to add to what other people have suggested, in the league leaders it would be nice to break it down to team level (even if it were just your own)
