an unidentified Hw, sparring partner of Sailor White, possibly Jack McFarland. They had fought each other twice. I believe this postcard photo was probably taken in 1912 when White was having some measure of success, after the bouts with McFarland. McFarland was from Long Island, NY and was not doing so well ring-wise, so I could see him taking a job as White's sparring partner. Just conjecture on my part. Maybe an IBRO member can help ID this chap.
