NOTE FOR ALL CATO FILE USERS: When you are testing this, make sure that the alltrans.txt file was created by the NEW patch and not the old. Just installing the new patch does not replace the funky trans file. I am not actually sure when that is saved, when you save a league? I don't know.

I downloaded the fix, unzipped it to league_news_box folder, and ran it. When I try running it I get an error message: C:\windows\microsoft.NET\framework\v1.1.4322\mscor wksdll could not be loaded.
No clue what that means. Does that mean the fix did not work? what now?
