Here is one I have never seen reported.

I was playing for my team, in PBP mode. I was losing 5-0 in the 2nd, so I hit the SIMULATE button, telling it to sim to the ninth. (I was the away team).

It did that, but when the ninth inning came up, it had already put in a PH for the leadoff guy.

I would not have pinch hit for the guy, plus, the guy he pinch hit with was a normal starter that was 'tired', so he was not in the lineup.

I said SIMULATE UP TO THE NINTH.. NOT ONE BATTER INTO THE NINTH!
