It seems like more and more umpires are like this these days. All these guys who take 10 steps toward dugouts and basically incite the team. I swear, I hope one day I'm in charge of baseball. An act like that would cost the umpire a LOT of pay. These guys need to realize that they're the least essential part of baseball. They do need to stop acting like the world revolves around them.
