I've run Catofix, renamed the lalltrans2 file to lalltrans and also replaced ltrans with it, but I'm still getting error messages.

I get a "Trade.Player cannot be a zero length string" during import, and none of the players are being imported. Teams appear to be importing correctly. This is during the first year of a new league.
