There is an option to disable players from coming back from retirement, and this also works correctly.
The problem is when players retire mid season, they are going to the FA pool.
What should happen, if a player retires mid season (or at anytime during the season) he should go on the retired list and stay there until the season is over. Then, if he so decides during the off season that he wants to give it another shot, that's fine. He announces he's coming back from retirement. If the option for players to comeback is turned off then it shouldn't happen.
What really gets me the most about it is, a player retires and signs with another team mid season? No way he should be able to sign with another team, I still own his rights since his contract with me did not expire mid season.
