Two problems I've found:

I've got the infield in, bases loaded, 1 out in the bottom of the 9th, tie game. A gb to the SS and he throws to 1b instead of home, allowing the run to score to end the game.

On player trades (playing solitaire) I'm shopping a trade with various teams and just when I think I've found a good trade I notice that one of my star players has been snuck into my players offered list. This happens randomly and repeatedly.

While I'm at it, it's been a long-standing problem that a page-down on player lists goes more than a page down. If I'm looking at maybe names A-D and click the scroll bar, the names G-J might show up.
