He's a fine acquisition, but it still remains to seen whether last season was an abnomaly or not. The team still needs to add a shooter. Luke Jackson coming back will help, but with Hughes and James chewing up the majority of minutes at the wings, it'll be tough to fit him in unless they run James at point guard, and then have Hughes and Jackson on the wings. I assume they are satisfied with McInnis at point guard, but he's really nothing more than a stop gap solution for now. He was an asset last year, being the only one on the Cavs other than James to really be able to create his own shot, but with Hughes on board, the usefulness of his best abilities are really diminished. Look for the Cavs to look for a strong shooting point guard through a trade next year or in free agency next year.
