Hey ExposFan,

1) Many of the guys I got so far haven't been in an online league before.

2) Taking heat from GMs and owners: they hire you based on common philosophies... therefore you're not likely to take heat (especially not as a manager)

3) If you don't have a lot of time, well, I can't change that!
