Losing Kitt to retirement hurt alot. Of course the trades of Degal and Kreit were a huge factor as one would expect.
Seeing Kress, Perly, Mitchell all hitting well below their career averages is rough. I've also had to play musical chairs with the lineup more this year that almost all my other years combined due to lack of depth and guys going down with these month long injuries.
Now Coleman is out a month, which will force another lineup change and may require me to call up a AA batter to fill the hole at 1B. Allen has already hit 46HR in AA this year. Maybe he'll respond positively to a call up like Camacho did. But this latest injury is going to make it difficult to hold on to a winning record unless my pitchers step it up another notch.
