A small issue involving fictional players

I have a question about fictional players and their service time.

I understand the dynamic of creating a fictional league and it populates the league with a nice cross-section of players of different age and development levels. This is good -- I want that. The league I want to create is, in my little corner of the OOTP world, going to be full of guys getting their first crack at major league ball, young and old, prospects with promise and career minor-leaguers finally getting a shot.

OK, having established this, I now get to my question.

Is there a way to quickly edit the service time of each player in this league to 0 years, 0 months, 0 days? For that matter, is there even a way to do it player-by-player, manually, one at a time?

I don't want a league of 18-, 19- and 20-year-olds -- I want a broad range of ages. But I want them all to have no major league service time....any suggestions?

But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game, is a part of our past, Ray. It reminds us of all that once was good, and that could be again. Oh people will come, Ray. People will most definitely come.
